Zero Console Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to connect and do business on Zero Console.

Accessibility is part of how we build. We aim to make the feed, Explore, Markets, Apps, messaging, and every other part of Zero Console usable for people of all abilities.

Our commitment

We are committed to providing a platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and continually work to remove barriers that could prevent members from fully using our services.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines help us make content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone.

Building for everyone

As we design and build Zero Console, we work to:

  • Provide sufficient color contrast and clear, legible typography.
  • Support full keyboard navigation across menus, panels, and forms.
  • Use semantic structure and labels so screen readers can interpret the interface.
  • Offer text alternatives for meaningful images and media.
  • Keep layouts responsive and usable at different sizes and zoom levels.
  • Avoid relying on color alone to convey information.

Assistive technology

Zero Console is designed to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice control, and with the accessibility features built into modern browsers and operating systems. We test with these tools to improve compatibility over time.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. As we add features and refine the platform, we review new experiences for accessibility and address issues as we find them. Some third-party apps published on Zero Console are built by their own developers, and we encourage those developers to follow the same standards.

Give us feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Zero Console, we want to hear about it. Use the in-app feedback option or contact our support team, and let us know the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you use so we can reproduce and fix the issue.
