By using Zero Console you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Who operates Zero Console

Zero Console is developed, operated, and managed by Stankevicius Pacific Limited ("Stankevicius Pacific", "we", "us", or "our"). Any reference in these Terms to "Zero Console," "the platform," "we," "us," or "our" means Stankevicius Pacific Limited. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you are entering into an agreement with Stankevicius Pacific Limited.

Who may use the services

You may use Zero Console only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you are using Zero Console on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Your account

You need an account to post, message, buy, sell, publish apps, or subscribe. You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• To buy or sell on Markets, you must have a public profile with a username so other members can identify who they are transacting with.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Posts, content & your license

You retain ownership of the content you create — posts, photos, videos, product and service listings, app details, comments, and messages. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to share it.

By submitting content to Zero Console, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the services — for example, showing your post in the feed and Explore, or displaying your listing in Markets. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must retain it to comply with law.

Marketplace: buying & selling

Markets lets members list and purchase products and services. Zero Console provides the platform; the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, and fulfillment, and for complying with all laws that apply to what they sell.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing before ordering and for providing accurate checkout and delivery details.
• You may not list anything illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled according to the seller's stated terms and applicable consumer law.

Apps & the developer platform

If you publish an app, you are the developer and are responsible for it — including its content, its behavior, any custom domain you connect, and its compliance with law and these Terms. We review submissions and may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an app. Publishing an app grants us the license needed to list, display, and distribute it on the Apps store. Users of your app are also your responsibility to the extent your app collects or processes their information.

Messaging & communities

Direct messages, group chats, offers, and video meetings are for communicating with other members. Communities are spaces managed by their organizers. You are responsible for what you send and share, and you agree not to use messaging to spam, harass, defraud, or distribute unlawful content. Community managers may set additional rules for their spaces.

Premium, wallet & payments

Some features require payment — including Zero Console Premium, marketplace purchases, and paid promotions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel yours in your account settings. Where a wallet balance is available, it may be used for eligible purchases on the platform. Fees and taxes may apply and are shown before you confirm. Except where required by law or a seller's policy, payments are non-refundable.

Advertising

If you run promotions through an Ad Account, you are responsible for your advertising content and for complying with our advertising rules and applicable law. We may review, reject, or remove ads, and we may label promoted content as such.

Rules you agree to follow

When you use Zero Console, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Post or sell anything fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, harmful, or unlawful.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other members.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
• Scrape, mass-collect, or misuse other members' data.
• Manipulate metrics, reviews, or rankings.

Disclaimers, liability & risk

You access and use Zero Console entirely at your own risk.The platform and everything made available through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement — all of which we disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content, listing, product, service, app, feed, or transaction on the platform is genuine, lawful, safe, or fit for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stankevicius Pacific Limited, together with its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or harm of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, and including any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity — arising out of or in any way connected with: your access to or use of (or inability to use) the platform; any content posted by you or by anyone else; any product, service, listing, app, third-party feed, or link made available through the platform; any transaction, dealing, communication, or dispute between you and any other member or third party; any interruption, error, bug, delay, data loss, or security incident; any reliance you place on anything on the platform; or the acts or omissions of any member or third party.

Zero Console is a neutral venue. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, transactions, agreements, or interactions between members, or for goods, services, or applications provided by members or third parties. You alone are responsible for your decisions, transactions, content, and conduct, and for assessing the risks of using the platform. If you are dissatisfied with the platform or disagree with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability exclusions, so parts of the above may not apply to you; in that case our aggregate liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Zero Console at any time and delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we stop offering the services. Where reasonably possible we will give you notice and a chance to export your information.

About these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or the law. When we make material changes, we will post them on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Changes are not retroactive and take effect no sooner than the date they are posted. If you keep using Zero Console after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
