Marketplace & payments

To buy or sell on Markets you need a public profile with a username, which is visible to the members you transact with. When you place or receive an order, the information needed to fulfill it — such as your name and the relevant order details — is shared with the other party. Payment details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Messaging

Direct messages, group chats, offers, and video meeting invitations are delivered to the members you send them to. We process message content to deliver it, keep it secure, and enforce our rules. Please treat other members' messages with the same care you expect for your own.

Apps & developers

If you publish an app, we process the details you submit to review, list, and operate it. If you use a third-party app on Zero Console, that app's developer is responsible for how it handles your information under its own policy. We encourage you to review an app's permissions before using it.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• With other members, according to your profile and privacy settings and when you transact or message.
